Garlic chilli paste for dosa

Bored of plain dosa ? Here you go, a very simple and easy paste to spread on your dosa for a funny and yummy taste.

Ingredients:
5                              Green chillies
1 small cup           Coriander leaves
8                              Garlic cloves
Salt to taste

Grind all the ingredients together to a fine paste.




 Now add little water to make it a little dilute to spread over dosa.



When you pour and spread dosa batter on dosa pan, spread the garlic chilli paste also on dosa and leave till the dosa is done. 



Serve this dosa with coconut chutney.



For better taste you can use ghee instead of oil for dosa.

Tips:
  1. Add more garlic in the paste for better taste.
  2. This chutney will soften your dosa. If you want to have crispy dosa, use little paste, and serve it hot. If you keep for the dosa with this paste for long time, it will soften the dosa.
